nlite works with Windows 2003 Enterprise R2?

if yes, can nlite help me remove some server features from it? or it just offers to remove the same stuff as in xp?

Be honest, you didn't bother searching yourself, now did you? ;) By clicking here you will see that 2003 is supported. If specific R2 features can be configured, simply give nLite a try and find out.
