Is AutoLogon needed to boot into Audit Phase?

im doing tests but im not sure as i haven't use this phase yet but i want to to try some regtweaks and driver setups.

the question is i don't want the administrator account to be enabled.

if i put other user info here in Audit what will happen? that user account will be created so i don't need to create one later in OOBE?
