tlundberg Posted November 4, 2007 Posted November 4, 2007 After using my unattended install disc to install win xp sp2 with some drivers and hotfixes slipstreamed I get this error whenever I try to go to windows update: "Windows File Protection: Files that are required for windows to run properly have been replaced by unknown versions; Windows needs to restore these files to function properly. Please insert your Windows XP Professional Service pack 2 CD" (or something along those lines). What can I do to get rid of that message? (I do not want to turn windows file protection off).Thanks//tlundberg
nuhi Posted November 4, 2007 Posted November 4, 2007 If you can reinstall then try the 1.4 final, out tonight.
tlundberg Posted November 5, 2007 Author Posted November 5, 2007 Thank you nuhi! The new version solved the problem. Thanks for writing such an awesome program
