i have been reinstalling winodws without knowing why.. untill i realise registry cleaner is the one that causing all my Error. i have always been using adaware spybot and tuneup also ccleaner.

You should allways backup your registry before using any utility like this. I have seen some systems get pretty screwed up using registry cleaning utilities. I once saw a system that had all of it's extensions mixed up. EXE files would try to open with word, doc files trying to be open in photoshop, rar files trying to open in wordpad... it was a nightmare.
