USB Mass storage fault

I'm after some help. I have just purchased a Sony PSP (a mass storage device) When I connect it comes up with the new hardware wizard but cannot find the driver - I know it's XP SP2 and should have all the drivers included. The wizard starts off and comes up with 'The data is invalid' I have downloaded the usbstor.inf and usbstor.sys but no luck. Can anybody help?
