What is the registry key of the volume(s) of the outputs(speakers, ....) and the inputs(mic, line-in, .... etc) and the key for selecting which input to record from (mic, line-in,... etc)

What exactly are you trying to do? If you want to adjust and change those settings it has to be done programatically.

The Volume is managed by the audio drivers and how they store that information varies by device. any manipulation should be done through the multimedia API.
