MSN live support more languages?

I use hotmail live mail and I am a little confused about languages cos when I recieve email with arabic language

arabic character didn't appear well in the subject of the msg

so if there is any chance to solve it though I used change encode by browser but it didn't work I tried to get help from microsoft but they didn't respond
