Matheus Posted October 22, 2007 Posted October 22, 2007 Hi everyone, I searched over and over to find solution for my problem, but couldn't find anything about it, except for a "virus" or similar type of solution. This is not the case here.I used nLite to create installation with SATA support, and while at it, I used some of those tweaks there that "seemed" like a good idea. One of them was tweak for not displaying any icon for executables, for overall performance. Well, I found out that it makes personalization more harder. So, I need to undo only that tweak. Now, new installation is not an option in this case, for many reasons, so my question here is:Are there any keys in registry that can be changed to reverse the effect of nLite in this part, as to change it to its default settings for displaying icons? Or policy setting? Is there anything at all, that can undo that particular "tweak", without repairing or reinstalling windows?Any advice is welcome here! Thanks in advance, Matheus
