Having a problem with Kel's Control Panel add on

I'm not sure which is the appropriate forum for this & i have virtually zero knowledge in doing this...

I made a small CD at the turn of the year with an update of Ryan's page & a few add ons (little things really, theme add ons & Kel's Control Panel add on which gave a few extra icons in the Control Panel)

It installed without a hitch. But that was with the XP CD for MY PC

The family PC has recently gone caput, so i formatted it & went to make a new CD with addons, using the XP CD for the family PC

Had trouble on first setup as it got stuck at 9mins left

Upon second try, it installed, BUT, i'd pre-set using nLite, 3 user accounts. I'd set the skin to WinXP & SILVER, not blue which appeared.

Plus, all the icons out of Kel's add-on pack, WEREN'T in the control panel. The only difference i know of being that i've used an updated version of his Add-on (or her if Kel is indeed female)

Any ideas anyone?
