This problem may occur if incorrect permissions are set for the folder that contains the Office XP administrative installation point.RESOLUTIONTo resolve this behavior, grant the System account Full Control permissions to the folder that contains the administrative installation point.Is it telling me that I need to grant the System account Full Control permissions to the C:\Windows\Installer\ folder?If so, I tried looking for the Installer folder and did not find it under the Windows folder.EDIT: I did a search for the Installer folder using the built-in search in the Start Menu and found the Installer folder.
