HELP! Vista Bootmgr missing, but repaired it but now missing recov

hello , i have just spent the last 49 hours installing windows and all my apps. stupid me left the battery to get to 5%, and i had a power bit, i didnt even get a chance to shut down windows before it turned off. then when the power came back on, i booted tyhe laptop up but it came up with "BOOTMGR is missing. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart" so i used the dvd i have of vista to use the repair tools, and surly enough windows repaired the bootmgr problem.

BUT....

i am missing the recovery option to recovery off the hard disk on a hidden partion.

is there any way to add this to the bootmgr? if so how do i go about it, i have done a full system backup using acronis and transfered the image to another pc so i can try and sort this.

i would like the chance to have it back because otherwisae it means i have to carry a dvd around with me incase things go wrong, and i have a habbit of miss placing cd's and dvds,

please help me
