open explore search disappeared

Hi,

I will try to explain my problem with my poor english.

when I make reght clic on My DD or Folder or CD or flsh disc,I dont have all options like open,explore,search..........in first i have kaspersky and other option like cut copy.......

i think that's virus,i make a scan and i have found 3 virus and trojans..............but problem now is how to repair it ^^

i have also this popup "Cannot initilize ressource DLL. Press ok to exit" when i make right cliue in DD or folder ou files,and when i try to make cut/copy or other.

i use Xp pro service pack 2

Post the exact error. You may have something hooking into explorer such as file compression software, or as you mention antivirus software.

exact error is "Cannot initilize ressource DLL. Press ok to exit"

i try sfc /scannow but i have tha same error

Download and run ShellExView, and disable any extension listed that is not a Microsoft extension (there's a field for vendor, so you can tell a non-Microsoft extension from a Microsoft one). Once you've done that, restart and see if the problem continues.
