Integrating into Visio admin install?

Hi.

On http://unattended.msfn.org I found that service pack need to be integrated using this:

msiexec /p C:\Visio2003SP2\VISIOSP2.MSP /a C:\Visio2003\VISPRO.MSI SHORTFILENAMES=TRUE /qb

But in couple of posts in this forum somebody mentioned that command needs to have

SHORTFILENAMES=FALSE

.

So which one is correct?
