Outlook 2002 Attachment Error

Hi i am having trouble with a computer that has office 2002 on. All the other machines at our head office have 2003, we send an attacthment every monday that is roughly 30mb to this machine with 2002 on. But the attachment never is shown. The email states that there is an attachment but nothing comes through. I went onto the support troubleshoot site it tellls me that it is caused by our exchange server but we do nt run an exchange server. So now i dunno what to do. The other branches recieve the file 100%, but not this one. Tried phoning Micro support to they cant help. So know a little lost any help would be great.
