Hi i am having trouble with a computer that has office 2002 on. All the other machines at our head office have 2003, we send an attacthment every monday that is roughly 30mb to this machine with 2002 on. But the attachment never is shown. The email states that there is an attachment but nothing comes through. I went onto the support troubleshoot site it tellls me that it is caused by our exchange server but we do nt run an exchange server. So now i dunno what to do. The other branches recieve the file 100%, but not this one. Tried phoning Micro support to they cant help. So know a little lost any help would be great.

Hi pls can any1 help. I open my outlook and type a new email, when i do the spell check it comes up and if there are any words misspelt it does not allow me to change its all greyd out.. for e.g if i spell pleese.. and press spell check it does not allow me to change it to please. its greyd out.. any help would be great..

Thank you very much all of you for your input. The problem is that this is one of our main servers so now need to find some downtime. If any1 has any other inputs pls shout so i can give it a go.. Thanks Gosh and eyeball

i have heard that some times your anti-virus can lock into the shell and shut windows down. For example our second server had an antivirus as soon as it loads windows crashes. also been told that spyware can be a factor but checked everything.

Hi Just was hoping that some1 could share some light into my problem. We have a 2003 server pc. But everytime we try to open My Computer it freezes and closes down. Have tried to contact people but with no luck thus far. If any 1 has any idea y this is happening pls let me know.. Thanks Dinkle
