How to disable the "QuickLaunch Toolbar" area from the taskb

I would like to know how to disable the quicklaunch toolbar area from the taskbar (i want to completely remove it) by using a registry key if possible or dos but i dont know how to do it, so if someone can help me out...

theres no reason really to completely remove just right click your task bar and go to toolbars and click quicklaunch and taa daa its gone

but i would like it to be done automaticaly (during unattended setup of my vista) that is why im looking for registry tweak or dos command.
