How to get DeviceID in Delphi?

I try to create a something like ultimate driver DVD, so if I insert this DVD in any PC it would automatically examine PC hardware, get Device and Vendor IDs and compare this IDs with IDs from database on DVD. Then appears list of hardware currently installed on PC with checkboxes, by default all checked, and button "install" , when user push this button - drivers for this hardware automatically installs from drivers database from DVD. The question is - how to get device and vendor IDs of hardware installed in PC and if any drivers installed already how I could get version number of it?
