Hello there,

I have bought new ZEN Vision W, i have problem converting to divx in vista. Its my vista the 1 giving problem to convert.contacted Zen but they cant help out becoz its the OS dat giving problem. They said i have to wait for vista patch or wat so ever. Please help me out about vista here..wher to get the codec or the right converter for my zen.

sounds like you are stuck till Creative can create a patch for the issue, the only other alternative wouldb e get the newest version of divx to convert the files to divx before you copy it the zen
