XPize Setting.exe Error

(Error 0xc0000135) when i try to lunch it after install (and reboot).

I used to have that error until I installed .NET 2.0 framework, but now the settings dialog box won't show up. Every time I click on Xpize settings, it disappears from the task manager processes the moment I click on it.
