I've tried searching for some answers here, but it's all kind of blury, I found out how to integrate wu, but that's not exacly what i'm looking for...

Are you wanting to automate the install of windows updates to a running OS? If so right click My Computer, select the Automatic Updates tab, select Automatic then your desire day and time for them to be installed.

If that is not what you are after then we need a little more explanation.

Sorry I wasnt clear enough!

I want it to download and install silently after installing Unattended XP, right now I got Office 2007 and Adobe Reader 8.1 silently installing when XP starts for the first time.
