Guest Account - Can you limit user access to IE?

I have a public terminal computer that everyone can use in my business waiting area. I want to lock down the guest account for security purposes and only allow the guest to access the Internet Explorer application. Is this possible??

If you go into parental controls you can set limits on ie and this also logs all internet access through the account
