I have several machines with different configs (drivers, programs, etc...) different printers (network and locally attached) and I'm running Win2k SP4 and Office 2003 SP3. And they all have the same problem!!! Whenever someone goes to the calander in Outlook and tries to print in color, it only comes out in B&W. On the printers setting there is something that has to do with grey scale. I've turned that off and on and it makes no difference. Any ideas?-TrikerII
tain Posted September 12, 2007 Posted September 12, 2007 Are we talking about a single printer server and a single printer? Have you checked the print server's settings and the printer's settings? Do other things print in color?
