No network. Cause: network list-service isn't started

when deploying vista from a image using wds.

all drivers are installed properly, but no network.

When I start the network list-service (which has the startup type set to

Disable).

Then everything works fine. So I've captured this working situation. And

again the service is disabled after deploying the new captured image.

Please help me.
