Spyware Terminator

Would anyone be able to help me alittle. Iv been trying to install Spyware Terminator with this switch

SpywareTerminatorSetup.exe /VERYSILENT /SUPPRESSMSGBOXES /NORESTART /SP-

But I seem to keep getting this popup after install.

Is there anyway possible to stop it without using autoit. Iv searched the forums here, google, and the Spyware Terminator website but cant seem to find a solution.

It doesn't unpack with innounp 0.20.
