But, XP MCE came with my computer (OEM) and I didn't want to pay to upgrade to pro. I'm not on a domain, so it doesn't really matter; It's nice to have the features of pro for less. I'm just saying it's possible to put MCE on a domain, and it is not illegal or in violation of the EULA. I never said it's a good idea, I just said you can.
