driver problem in windows 2000

hi

i am using windows 2k3 sp3 and whenever i startup i get the message "found new hardware"

it states that it found "PCI SIMPLE COMUNNICATIONS CONTROLLER" and install driver for it but

i cant find a suitable driver .

please help me for where could i find the driver please help.
