Nlited Windows XP minor annoyance

I've never had this issue in the past and now this is really bothering me.

I've apply my usual updates and everything installs without a hick.

Now when everytime it boots into Windows it always takes forever. Like 2 minutes sitting there doing nothing before it loads all the other services. I find this really annoying and I'm trying to find a fix for this. Here is my last session.ini setup if you wish to look at it:
