advanced boot options - every time

for some reason every time i boot up my comp i am always brought to the advanced startup options screen..

and i am doing a normal shut down and everything, vista was running fine for a day and now it decides to do this

anyonce have any ideas?

i think i may have to it while trying to disable that stupid driver signing.. i entered in a few different things before it finally disabled it.
