Start Menu Woes

Did a search to see if anyone else has attempted this, I want to re-arrange the Start Menu Right side column. I hate how M$ thinks that the My Documents folder is more important than My Computer. I want to put the My Computer icon at the top followed by My Network Places, My Documents, My Music, and My Pictures (respectively).

Also, is there any way to change the default size of the user pic to make it a little wider?

If you increase the start menu pinned items list to higher than the default of 6 the start menu will get taller, but there's no way to make a wider, as far as gosh knows.
