Im using renuser to change the admin name to my own

but how come

gives me the name Mark (and not my last name) ?

I just tested it with netuser.exe and it works without a problem.

netuser.exe Administrator /name:"Mark Mikkelsen"

Is it windows xp pro? Because if it is, use group policy to change the admin name.

Start > Run > secpol.msc > Local Policies > Security Options > Accounts: Rename Administrator Account
