How can I make that OOBE prompts for registered owner in sysprep?

Third: I have a question about Vista and sysprep.

I have a unattend.xml that I made to use with sysprep in vista.

I want that OOBE Welcome screen prompts for regional settings, computer name, security, network places and the most important, the User Owner and User Organization.

In XP sysprep it's easy, and minisetup prompt for user owner and organizatión (RegisteredOwner and RegisteredOrganization) but in Vista become me crazy.

I can accomplish it with a wizard that I've made, but I don't want that. I want with oobe assistant, like XP minisetup.

Anybody can help me?
