Problem need solution? please help

Good day,

sometimes when I try to open some sites, error occurs that tells me that there is problem in RAM address like this :

( the exception unknown software exception (0x0eedfade) occurred in the aplication at location 0x7c812a5b)

and it closes imediately

although that not only IE but there also other progamms do the same thing

I tried to clean RAM and delete filepage but problem still there

my windows is XP SP2

anyone can help me????

youre probably not looking at a problem with ram. In msinfo32, click on 'software environment' and click on 'windows error reporting', and tell us what it says on the right

sorry gosh but msinfo32 not working so if there is another way to get it or I have to give up
