VPN Trouble

Trying to connect to a VPN from my house. Have been succesful on both of my XP machines however on my Vista buisness 32 bit platform I cant it says connecting and then fails on User and Pass. I do know my pass and user is there a setting I am missing somewhere? I have checked side by side and everything seems to match Im at a loss and about ready to format this one back to XP.. Just did it for some testing but that requires a VPN Connection Any and all help would be appreciated.
