Object Dock question

is there anyway i can tweak the App object dock then put it is an addon tweaked so when i install the os i dont have to fiddle with it too much?

I dont know about the addon, but Ill tell you that the files for ObjectDock's settings are in C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Stardock\ObjectDock(Plus)

Just backup the files and restore them next time you install ObjectDock. Also make sure that any icons you use are in the same place.
