People! Share please experience. What program - the best in restoration of data from a hard after its FULL FORMATTING Please, specify what to you could restore files really in the best way.

First I would stop using that hard drive if you have not already to prevent data from being written over. For recovery I recommend R-Studio but you should also look through this topic:
