Preventing Personalized Settings

I'm attempting to integrate a theme into an unattended XP install - XPize darkside. I'm running it during guirunonce, but unfortunately, afterwards, the 'setting up personalized settings' dialogue appears, which screws it up. Is there any way to prevent the following part:

Setting up personalized settings for:

Themes settings
