Help with speedfan 4.32 in an nlite of windows sever 03

I am running an nlite of windows sever SP2 2003 and when I install Speedfan 4.32 and try and run it, makes it seem like windows is loading it but does not. I installed a previous version and it does work.

So my question is does 4.32 work in windows sever 2003 ?
