when i start my pc and i want to log in into my account it takes like 30 sec

i think its some service i disabled

hey stoes again.. go to start > run > "msconfig" > startup. disable some stuff you do not need

with my msconfig settings is nothing wrong only nvidia starts so.

can maybe somewone give me a screen of the services that start on a default boot?

Well, since your screenshot isn't the entire services list, this isn't exhaustive, but disabling COM+ seems like a bad idea to me. If COM isn't running, you will most likely see event log issues, and you'll have problems with other things that contain COM subscribers (like WMI) that can and do fire off during login.

i reseted the services and now its running smooth
