[vLite 1.1 Beta] Can't integrate a newer version of a hotfix

Hi nuhi, I have an Image with the version 1 of this fix integrated: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/940508/en-us Now, I have the version 2 with newer files from August the 1st. But vLite doesnt allow me to integrate the fix and I get en error message with something like this "KB940508 is already included", but the inclded version is V1 not V2 :wacko:

Please include a version check into the 1.1 Final, so that I'm able to integrate a newer version of the same KB.

You need both V1 and V2 integrated into the same source?

I will make that popup more flexible to allow ignore, thx.

Might be worth adding the option to remove previously integrated hotfixes as I have done manually with pkgmgr in similar situations. The commandline is almost exactly the same, just switch '/ip' for '/up'

Although I recommend starting with a fresh image of course...

no, I just wanted to integrate the new version into an WIM, that also contains the old version, so that I'll have the newest files.

MagicAndre1981, use clean source, it's best not to overwrite or uninstall packages. But if you believe that MS did that perfectly then fine you force it in the next version when there is that option.
