I just wanted to take the time to drop a note about a success story I just had with VLite. I work for a company that works with technology of distributing images. Therefore, my responsibility is to support that software. For about a day I was playing around with the WAIK kit. I understand those of you that have time to read over how to create an answer file and manipulate an image file, however, I am not one of them. Every time I would image my Vista test box it would error out. I could not get the answer file correct. It was a simple answer file with no bells and whistles.

So I decided to just try out VLite. I have used NLite in the past. Took me all about 10 minutes and I had my answer file. Worked perfectly. No issues at all.

So, thank you for a great straight forward simple product. If only Microsoft could adapt the keep it simple slogan, we would have a lot less stress in our life's.

Maybe their goal is that admins keep their jobs. If it's too easy then anyone would be able to do it

LoL, I hear you. But when you get as old as me, sometimes you enjoy the easier path... Now that I have the foundation down I can dig into the WAIK stuff and take my time through it.
