Hi,

I'm Ed, I'm a desktop support/admin specialist at a company in London. been doing it for a year, having been promoted from the service desk.

I'm doing lots of work in deployment and am currently setting up a test WDS server which is more annoying and frustrating than i ever could have imagined!! The best docs i have found have been here so I'll be around a lot i think.
