What can I do to get my windows install flawless

My windows compilation works perfectly... but I checked the setuperr.log and I found the following:

Error:

Setup could not register the OLE Control C:\WINDOWS\system32\mshtml.dll because of the following error:

GetProcAddress returned error 127 (the specified procedure could not be found).

What did I do wrong to get those 8 error messages? My windows is working pretty good, it's the one I'm using right now. I just want to get a flawless installer CD compilation. Anything I should do to get rid of those errors?
