Having removed Vista from my Laptop and installing Windows XP pro without any major probs apart from spending 6 hours doing it and downloading Drivers for XP from Lenovo. I had no problem exporting Contacts from Vista Internet Mail to Importing back into Outlook in XP.

However I cannot seem to be able to Import my email messages from Vista Internet Mail to Outlook in XP. There appears to be no suitable option for this, am I wasting my time on this? or is there a way to Import Messages from Vista back into XP.
