Transferring Contacs In Microsoft Outlook

hello,

i've go my new comp last week.

now i want to move all my contacts and my saved emails from the old comp to the new.

how can i do it? i tried to use the export feature in the file menu, but it wouldnt work.

i use XP pro SP2 on both of the computers.
