problem with services

when I open services and chose any of the Services, and open its Dependencies Tab

I get a error message that says:

Service dependencies

Win32: Acces denied.

(in swedish

Tjänsteberoenden

Win32: Åtkomst nekad.)

And when i try to uninstall any program I get a error message that says:

Windows Installer Service Could not be accessed.

(in swedish

what can I do?

I'm assuming you are not booted into safe mode in which the installer service does not run by default.

In which case, try running Dial-a-fix and have it repair the windows installer.
