[Q] installing xp in diff language

hi yall, what if change the PID of my XP Home UK OEM cdrom to the PID of an xp home NL OEM cdrom, so i can use (and activate), my dutch Product key on an english cdrom, or vista versa,

( i found it to be verry anoying to have some aplications in dutch and others in english - so if doable id rather have them all in english instead, (also for the intergration of update packs)

any thoughts.
