Scheduled Download Not Working

I have a problem with scheduled downloads in Flashget Classic 1.73 under WinXPPro. I've also tried scheduled downloads in Orbit Downloader without success as well so I figure its computer/OS related.

Basically, scheduling doesn't work for me. I set up a few files and select scheduled and then set the scheduled start in prefs to "01.30" and end at "0600". I assume its a 24 hour clock so thats 1.30am and 6.00am. I also select shutdown when done. In the morning the computer is still on and nothing has been downloaded. Unscheduled (immediate) downloading works fine.

I've verified the download links are OK and tried different sources. I tried this with and without the shutdown option and disabled screensavers and power saving options. But still no luck.

Are there any services that this would be dependant on that might be disabled or does anyone have any suggestion what might be causing this to fail?
