Hey all. I have posted a few times already, but I am new to these forums. I am currently a Software Support Specialist for a company in upstate NY. I know Windows 9x and XP like the back of my hand, and am working my way through Vista. I also have extensive experience in working with Linux, specifically Fedora Core, Red Hat, and Slackware.
