Schnark Posted July 31, 2007 Posted July 31, 2007 Hi all,i've got 3 images and i'd like to change the order that they are displayed to the end user.I've tried renaming the sif's a_<file> b_<file> etc but to no availI don't believe it sorts it alphabetically as the first letters are V then W then WCan someone advise how this works? Thanks,Kieran
yianniv Posted July 31, 2007 Posted July 31, 2007 They are listed alphabetically alright, but not the sifs. The folders under REMINST\Setup\<LANG>\Images.Change the Names of the folders, restart RIS service and you'll get what you want. However, there is a slight catch: The RIPrep images will be based on the FIRST Flat image they find, i.e. if you have a flat Corporate image and a flat BARTPE image, make sure the bartpe image folder starts with "zzzz" or similar characters. I hope I am clear enough, Regards,Yianni.
Schnark Posted August 1, 2007 Author Posted August 1, 2007 You are and it worked a treat - thanksAny way to order the sif files within a folder?
yianniv Posted August 1, 2007 Posted August 1, 2007 I never tried that. If you can't do it by changing the filenames, try changing the Description Field under [OSChooser]. Remember to restart RIS after each change.Regards,Yianni.
