Darkage Posted July 30, 2007 Posted July 30, 2007 Good day,I'm relatively new to Outlook and I tried to setup a little rule to forward some emails to my cell phone. My cell phone company allows me to send any email to "mynumber@txt.mycompany.com" and it sends it to my cell phone by SMS. So I tried to set up a rule where when there is the word DROU272 in the subject, it forward the email to that email ("mynumber@txt.mycompany.com").The thing is that it includes my signature and the header saying "Original message from, to, etc." So I was wondering if it was possible to just forward the body of the original email without the signature and the header? Thanks
tain Posted August 6, 2007 Posted August 6, 2007 I don't see an option for that, so maybe it is part of a template? In the Office folder on your workstation, do a search for some of the words you get in the email (inside the files) to find out.
